I have been using this toner for years. Absolutely swear by it and love it. Recently, I received a new bottle and it was COMPLETELY different. The smell, the color, the fragrance was overbearing. NOT even close to the same. As many of the 100% pure products, there are slight changes in each batch, but this is a completely different product. I hope they can figure it out. Of course, customer service has been very helpful, replacing and returning, but I would LOVE my original receipe toner back please!!! Can we get some help from quality control at 100% pure??? Thankyou.

I've been using this toner for several years, clean ingredients and I use it every night after cleansing, pleasant smell and hydrates my skin. I just spray it on a large cotton round, making my skin feel great and then I apply Serums and moisturizer. Love it!

Please don't ever stop making this- its the best natural toner ever and I love that sake is high up on the ingredients list, it shows its not just a marketing scam and I truly feel there's been a difference in skin tone and complexion using this over time, similar to that of what was claimed in the sake production facilities.
